Why in Canada there are no new models of cell phones like for ex. in Russia???
I mean, that in Russia there are so many models of cell phones like Nokia N80, N95 and many others!

Probably more market. ie. Canada’s market is probably more saturated than Russia’s, so there is more market for phones there.
